At NPS Hosur Road, the Educators’ Development Programme aims at continuous professional development of teachers and enables them to deliver meaningful, future-ready education.

Through training in Bloom's Taxonomy, Effective Lesson Planning and Impactful Formative Assessments, educators strengthened their ability to design purposeful lessons, frame higher-order thinking questions, align assessments with learning outcomes, and create engaging classroom experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and independent learning.

Our behaviour-focused training sessions on Teacher Professionalism, Behaviour Management, Assertive Communication, Parent-Teacher Meeting, and the school's Vision, Mission, Culture, and Ethos equipped teachers with practical strategies to build positive relationships, manage behaviour through empathy, communicate confidently, and collaborate effectively with students, colleagues and families. These sessions reinforced ethical practice, emotional well-being, and restorative approaches that safeguard every child's dignity and self-esteem.
